1. Booking Cancellations by Customers:
Cancellations can be initiated by contacting our customer support team via email or the phone/ WhatsApp number on our website.
Please provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation to process your request efficiently.
2. Cancellation Charges:
We levy 10% cancellation charges to cover cost of taxes, payment gateways, booking deposits etc. (can be reduced on case-by-case basis and subject to our approval before your booking with us).
Additional applicable deductions will be based on third-party fees (e.g., airline penalties, hotel policies).
3. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are processed only for amounts permissible after deducting third-party fees.
Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable services or bookings with “no cancellation” clauses.
