Is the price per person?
Yes. ₹1,19,000 is per adult for two people sharing a room, for the land package. Flights, visa fees and applicable taxes (5% GST and 2% TCS, which you can claim back in your income tax return) are extra.
What do children pay?
A child sharing your room without an extra bed costs ₹9,000 (0–5 years), ₹29,000 (6–12 years), ₹69,000 (13–15 years) or ₹1,19,000 (16–17 years), based on age on the last day of travel. Taxes are extra, as for adults.
Can I change the days, cities or hotel?

Is Jungfraujoch included?
Not in the base price. You can add it on day 2 for ₹20,000 per person.
