Cancellations

1. Booking Cancellations by Customers:

• Cancellations can be initiated by contacting our customer support team via email or the phone/ WhatsApp number on our website.
• Please provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation to process your request efficiently.

2. Cancellation Charges:

• We levy 10% cancellation charges to cover cost of taxes, payment gateways, booking deposits etc. (can be reduced on case-by-case basis and subject to our approval before your booking with us).
• Additional applicable deductions will be based on third-party fees (e.g., airline penalties, hotel policies).

3. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are processed only for amounts permissible after deducting third-party fees.
• Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable services or bookings with “no cancellation” clauses.

Refunds

1. Refund Process:

• Refund requests are reviewed and typically processed within three (3) working days of receiving your cancellation request.
• Refund amounts will be credited to the original mode of payment.

2. Refund Timelines:

• Once processed, refunds are subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines, which typically take about 5 working days.
• Delays, if any, are beyond our control and depend on third-party processing systems.
